Obituary

Sheila Roxanne Dellinger, age 68, formerly of Crouse, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022, at Carolina Care Health and Rehabilitation.  She was born July 20, 1953, in Lincoln County to the late Charlie Boyd Dellinger and Beatrice “Tootie” Watts Dellinger.  Sheila loved socializing and could be found talking on the phone at all hours of the day. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great niece, Briana Brown.

Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Letha Dellinger; nieces and nephews, Danielle and Chris Brown, Michele and Zach Franklin, and D.J. and Megan Dellinger; great nieces and great nephews, Timmy Franklin, Kenzleigh Franklin, Daleh Franklin, Blake Brown, Kassidy Dellinger, and Josie Dellinger; and numerous cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 3:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Zach Franklin and Mr. Wayne Howard officiating.  Burial will follow at City Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 to 2:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
