Monica Ellis

Monica Lilia Ellis, age 51, passed away April 8, 2020 in Tallahassee Florida. She was born December 4, 1968, Charlotte, NC, beloved daughter to Steven P. Ellis Sr. and Maria S. Ellis.

Monica received her Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State University and her Master’s Degree in social work from East Tennessee State University.  She was employed with Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee as a Grief Support Counselor, and especially enjoyed working with children.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Steve P. Sr. and Maria S. Ellis; brother, Steven P. Ellis Jr.; sister, Crystal N. England, and Jessica D. Ellis; nieces, Ashley Ellis, and Pyper Ellis; aunt, Sheila Miles; uncle, Randy Ellis.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
