Mildred Costner

Mildred “Millie” Page Costner, age 85, passed away peacefully with her family by her side Tuesday January 28, 2020 at Courtland Terrace of Gastonia. She was born March 13, 1934 in Gaston County to the late Clyde Lee and Pearl Travis Page.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Webb; brothers, Robert Page, and Harold “Bub” Page; sister, Bertie Page Watson.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tanya Putnam (Harry) of Charlotte; and Evan Webb (Jesse) of San Antonio TX; brother, Kenneth Page (Eileen); grandchildren, Ashley Webb, Lydia Webb, Eva Van Blarcom, Elizabeth Putnam, and Anna Webb; great-grandson, Landon Hearn.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday February 2, 2020 at City Memorial Cemetery, Cherryville, NC., officiated by Mrs. Costner’s nephew, Dr. Dan Page, Senior Pastor of Crestview Baptist Church, Canton, NC.
