Barbara Rose

Barbara Ann Hyde Rose, age 73 of Ruby Lane, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at her residence.  She was born August 7, 1945 in Towns County, GA to the late Bob and Vinnie Kathryn Queen Hyde.  Barbara enjoyed reading, canning, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Clifford Collins, Jr.; and three late siblings.Survivors include her daughter, Beth Cashwell of Bessemer City; son, Bobby Collins and Maria of Charlotte; grandson, Joseph Norman and girlfriend, Darryn Hester of Charlotte; granddaughter, Natalie; brothers, Doc Hyde and wife, Margaret of Clover, SC and Raymond Hyde of Gastonia; sisters, Kathy Holder and husband, Dennis of Whittier and Rebecca Ray and husband, Johnny of Forest City; and best friend, Jeanette James.

In keeping with her wishes, the family will hold private services at a later date.
