William Caldwell Shull, 92 of 102 Lily Street, Cherryville, died September 11, 2010 at Peak Resources, Shelby. Mr. Shull was born February 24, 1918 in Lincolnton, a son of the late John Clifton and Jane Marie Peeler Shull, Sr.. He was a retired House Carpenter.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Dessie Mae Johnson Shull.
He is survived by Sons: William Caldwell Shull, Jr. of Crouse, Howard Wayne Shull of Cherryville, Felix Asa Shull, Virginia, Sanford S. Shull, of Topeka, KS, Daughters: Eva Faye Moore, Zephyrhill, Fla., Sandra Kay Anger, of Beulhaville, NC., Carol Jane Reid, of Shelby, thirteen grandchildren, eighteen Great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday Sept. 14, 2010 at 10 AM at Carpenter’s Funeral Home with Rev. Leonard Bumgardner officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in City Memorial Cemetery.
