Sue Campbell Sneed, 78, of 1631 Sneed Rd, died Dec. 7, 2009 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Sue was born on April 6, 1931 in Lincoln Co. a daughter of the late Winfield Scott and Mary Elizabeth Freedell Campbell. She was a longtime member of Waco Baptist Church and was formerly employed at Fasco, Shelby Elastic, and Dorothy Faye’s.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Clarence “Bill” Sneed in 2004, brothers J. R., Bud, Scott, And Emmanual Campbell, and sisters Wilma Davidson, Pinkie Sanders, and Laurie Annie Campbell.
Survivors include her daughter Sherri Ingle and husband Mike, Cherryville, son Doug Sneed and wife Peggy, Waco, two grandsons Kevin Sneed and Michael Ingle, Jr., great granddaughter Victoria Danielle Sneed, brother Johnny Campbell, Cherryville, sister Frances Hord, and Louise Adams both of Cherryville and Katherine Mull of Waco.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00PM at Waco Baptist Church with Dr. Harold Fite officiating with burial in Capernuam Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 at Carpenter’s Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
