Paul Richard “Yankee” Crosby, Sr., 66 of 109 Cabarrus Ave. died December 8, 2010 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. He was born November 5, 1944 in New Jersey. Mr. Crosby was retired from the Maintained Department of Burlington Industries of Mooresville.
Survivors include a daughter, Sara Willis and husband Glenn, Jr. of Cherryville and two sons, Paul R. Crosby, Jr. and wife Tamara of Denver and Herbert W. Crosby and Angie Stockton of Iron Station.
Funeral services will be held at First Church of the Nazarene of Cherryville at 7:00 PM , December 10, 2010 with Rev. Tom Hartis officiating, the family will receive friends following the service at the church. Burial will be private.
