Norma Jean Crocker Rojo, 60, of 700 Self St. died Sunday May 24, 2009 at her residence.

She was born in Spartanburg Co., S.C. on October 26, 1948 a daughter of the late Frank Leroy and Elsie Lee Brown Crocker. Jean was formerly employed by Meades Knitting Mill.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Billy Joe Crocker.

Survivors include her sons Jerry Dale White of Cherryville and Jimmy Rojo of Charlotte, two grandchildren Layne Callowy and Emma White, and a sister Carolyn Reynolds and husband Bob of Cherryville.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 7 PM at Carpenter’s Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Key and Evangelist Ronnie Brown officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Tuesday at the funeral home from 6-7 PM and at other times at the home of Carolyn and Bob Reynolds.
