Glenda Dale Sellers Jackson, 69 of 7116 Dallas Cherryville Hwy. died January 28, 2010 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Glenda was born February 14,1940 in Gaston County a daughter of the Late Ralph Garon Sellers, Sr. and Late Lillian Jenkins Sellers. She was employed at Carolina Intercall.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Tommy Jackson.
Survivors include a son Todd Jackson, of Bessemer City, a daughter Lisa Hancock and husband Gary Dean, grandchildren, Zach Hancock, Kinzy Hancock. Cherryville, a brother, Ralph Garon Sellers, Jr. and wife Julie of Cherryville, sisters Brenda Laws and husband Freddie of Cherryville, Debbie Presson and husband Johnny of Mint Hill.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 29, 2010 at 2:00 PM at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, with Rev. Marty Ramey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:45 pm at the church, burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
