Glen David Anthony, 70 of 127 Anthony Lane, Cherryville died November 5, 2010 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.  Glen was born July 1, 1940 in Lincoln County a son of the late Pinkney Ray and Ollie Mae Black Anthony.  He was a life long member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and was a self employed carpenter and produce salesman.
 
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Pendleton.
 
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Judy Ann White Anthony, three sons, David Anthony, of Cherryville, Grant Anthony and wife Deonna, Cherryville, Matthew Anthony, and wife Meleah of Cherryville, a daughter, Teresa Mull and husband Marc,  Eleven Grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, a brother Hugh Anthony and wife Mary Ann of Rutherford,  two sisters Judy Swink and husband Jr. of Lawndale, and  Jane Darty of Fairview, Ohio.
 
Funeral Services will be held November 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Mull and Rev. Jack Callaway officiating.  Burial will follow in City Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Carpenter’s Funeral Home Sunday, November 7, 2010.
