Fred Eugene Moss, 77, of 129 Jess Hord Road died June 15, 2010 at Robin Johnson House, Dallas, NC. He was born August 2, 1932 in Cherryville a son of the Late George W. Moss and Macy Deveney Moss. He retired from Howell Manufacturing where he was a supervisor. Fred was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Pearl Owens Moss in 1990, and a brother Joe Moss.
Survivors include a son Tim Moss and wife Sandra of Waco.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 18, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Carpenter’s Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Lail officiating, burial will follow in City Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the funeral home.
