The family of Carlene Rae Deneen, formerly of Cherryville, NC and Follansbee, W. Va., will be honoring their mother on Mother’s Day, May 10th, at 1:00 PM at City Memorial Cemetery in Cherryville, NC. Carlene died peacefully after battling Wegeners Disease, on April 10th, in Costa Mesa, California.
She is survived by one sister, Charlotte Mahan of Douglasville, Ga. Also surviving are Carlenes children, Kathryn (Paul) Cassidy of Newport Beach, California, Richi (Patricia) Deneen of Austell Ga. And La-Tishia Deneen Powers of of Hemet. California, nine grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
